It went excellent.

They did a great job.

Job was not completed on time nor in a manner one would associate with a professional operation. Additionally owner did not keep scheduled dates even after work was planned several weeks out. And when we complained he told us they needed to go work on more lucrative jobs? Like ours isn't good enough? Specific observations: 1) not enough guys showed up when owner told me they would or have excuses 2) workers didn't work same hours owner tried to bill us for on a time and materials basis. Guess he didn't realize we were actually logging their hours 3) workers knocked off early without finishing 4) supplies and paints not properly stored 5) paint was spilled on carpets and not cleaned up It seemed to depend on the crew that showed up that day. Some of the guys are very good however others seem like the owner picked them up as day labor honestly. Given the number of very good painters in MA you'd be better served to look elsewhere. We certainly will.

I liked the cost. They were professional. They came in and got the job done. They didn't take up much of my time.

Steve was slow in calling back, but once he did he was very personable and easy to work with. The foreman on my job was Marty. Also very nice and professional. Takes pride in his and his employees work. They were able to come out earlier than planned and were finished in about 2 days. They worked quickly and expertly. Excellent work!!! I'd highly recommend to friends and would use again.
