I have used them once for this home purchase and they opted me out from a huge jam. They were phenomenal. I got a mortgage rate of 2.99 which was really good. They did not really charge me anything to do with the job. They were like mortgage broker. I cannot say anything but great things about them. I was planning on going with Bay State Savings Bank and everything was all set. The appraisals came in and it was lower than what it had to be. I proved to them that the appraisal was wrong. They did acknowledge it after the fact, but I ended up switching to Home State Mortgage and they got my mortgage closed like in 11 days which is unheard of.
