This is the company you want to do your project. We hired Brendan to do a complete kitchen remodeling, down to the studs. They were professional throughout, from the first visit to discuss plans to the punch list items. In fact, Brendan is probably the easiest contractor to work with that we have ever hired. He was quickly responsive to any issue that came up. He has great patience to answer questions and work with the client through the myriad of choices that have to be made for a project such as this, and he had terrific suggestions for both style and cost-saving. The finished project is fantastic, in large part due to Brendan's design suggestions. The workmanship and attention to detail was exacting, and he and his main carpenter Matt were always able to come up with clever solutions to the various construction problems that invariably develop in any project. They don't cut corners or take the easy way out, but rather have great pride in the quality of the job. The project was performed on schedule, with any delays being our own fault for being slow in making our materials choices. As for the financial piece, everything was laid out in understandable terms and there were no surprises, with Brendan even swallowing additional costs on his own a couple of times. In addition, they were extremely considerate of the premises and our dog, always keeping in mind that they were working in someone's home. Everything was cleaned every day, and they even did the little things such as vacuum out the cabinet drawers after installing the cabinet hardware. We have high expectations, and Brendan met them all. If you use them, you will be delighted.
