This whole experience was great. When I called the office to make an appointment, they were friendly and helpful. When the time of the appointment had to be slightly changed (by them), they called immediately to make sure it worked for me. The two young men who came (sons of the owners) were terrific. They were polite, efficient, and very respectful of both me and the baby bird in the nest that they removed (to a nearby bush). They cleaned up the area very thoroughly, removing the air conditioner from the window and vacuuming up the debris before treating for bird lice, then putting the air conditioner back into the window. I was very happy with the service, and would use Battleline Pest Management again without hesitation.

I had just bought my house and suddenly noticed there was little piles of sawdust in the side porch build-on. Someone must have been cleaning this up before so I didn't initially notice it.
In any case, I called Battleline. Holly (?) was extremely responsive and friendly, and the next day while I was at work her husband came and treated the problem. Additionally, he left tips to prevent future infestation. They ants seemed to have disappeared within a day or two. They were great--professional, friendly, and affordable.

In the Spring, we had issues with mice in our attic, garage and garden. Jack and his son (family owned business) came and assessed where bait needed to be placed. Within 2 wks all of the nighttime noise from the mice was gone. In the Fall, the noises picked up again . . .we had Jack rebait the traps. The noise subsided, but a different noise (bigger!) returned. We had more friends - flying squirrels. Jack answered the phone at 7:30 that night and was at our home the next morning. Can't ask for more than that. We have already caught a few squirrels and the noises have again subsided. Next project . . . sealing up the house. . . .

Please note that the $ amount above is for the mice. I have yet to get the squirrel bill.

Came home from vacation Sun Eve with little piles of sawdust under the garden window, a few visible ants and the audible munch munch munch. They couldn't come for three days but assured me that the ants don't eat a house as fast in real life as they do in the cartoons. So we set up an ant habitrail for the kids and watched.

Chuck showed up on time early Thursday morning and we decided that a comprehensive treatment would cost less than treating the ants and some carpenter bees we'd been meaning to take care of. He suggested preventative measures and I ran around the house trimming back shrubs as he treated areas (inside and out). Part of the comprehensive included mouse bait boxes in the basement which made me laugh because we have a field stone foundation - but he tolerated the laughing well.

The ants were gone within 2-3 days. It took longer to get the arborist out (busy, plus hurricane) to trim back branches to keep the squirrels out (we had just stated hearing them) but now that that is done we appear now to be free of four and six legged visitors.

Great. They called me back very quickly when I first got in touch with them. They came out within 48 hours, did the work, left an invoice on my door (for the amount quoted). They also noted that they saw signs of mice in my basement and I'm scheduling them to come back and treat for those, as well.

I call them when I would like their services. They respond very quickly to my request. They are extremely cautious of setting the poisons for the safety of children and pets. With my experience they have sent the same technician for all of the visits.
