WATERFALL CONSTRUCTION

Horrible experience. * The excavation and foundation went okay (took a ton of time and constant scheduling and not showing up but this part of the job seems to be a fine despite all of these other issues). * The garage floor was poured during a sleeting rain storm. Despite what the contract said - cutting contraction joints- it was never done. The result- cracks throughout the floor. * Although there was an agreement that he would remove and replace the floor, Rodrigo never called back . One year later and I have never parked in my new garage. * Once the electrician finished underground wiring it took months for Rodrigo to backfill it. With kids and pets you can imagine having your family not use their back yard for months (back and forth giving days and time and not showing up). * Multiple times my wife or I would take time off to meet or make sure the work would be done and he would never show up burning our work vaca time. * Drywell was undersized- still have the same issues as we always had. There probably will be a reply that he had his employees spread loam for free (I paid for the loam) but this was done in agreement that he would be paid a little earlier since the job was almost complete. A nice gesture but this has nothing to do with the poor quality of the garage flooring and all the issues, frustration and wasted time along the way. MY Suggestion - go elsewhere!!

The work needed to be completed ASAP, due to concerns about the stability of the soil. Rodrigo and his crew began work immediately, carrying out dirt and bringing in cement, on some of the hottest days of the year. They completed the job in about a week, greatly easing my concerns, and even gave me a good deal on enlarging the opening, making the space even more usable. I am extremely satisfied, and would definitely consider using them for future work.
