It went OUTSTANDING!!! I can't say enough about Marc and Brett. From the initial walk through of the work to completion, Marc listened carefully and approached all of the work based on our discussions. Marc always made sure that the work being performed was meeting my expectations and when he was unsure, he would always reach out and ask. They were meticulous in their work and always kept the area clean which allowed for minimal disruptions in the house. The backsplash work was EXCELLENT!! It had many components and they worked diligently to deliver a wonderful product. It looks spectacular and people who have seen it can't stop talking about how great it looks. I will definitely be using Marc for future planned projects in my home. JOB WELL DONE!!!

Overall, we are very pleased with the work performed and plan on using Marc in the very near future to work on our next renovation projects. The quality of his work was very good and his pricing reasonable. We are very particular in our selection of contractors because they are coming into our home and will have free access to everything in it. Thus, we decided to start out with a small project in order to see how comfortable we were with the contractor we selected. From the start, Marc was responsive and from our discussion, we felt confident that he had the expertise needed to complete our project. He was respectful, listened well, and did not push or try to expand the scope of the project. After the first meeting, we decided that he was the right person for the job and we moved forward. We have no regrets with our decision. It's been several months of hard winter weather - overhaul of entry made it much warmer and weather-tight compared to previous winters. Our entry way is now open, bright and much improved. Marc listened carefully to the history of the house and ideas about the work to be done. He had thoughtful suggestions and explained possible snags after the walls were opened up. He had great foresight as to the anticipated problems and his suggestions were good. Before starting the actual work, he came several times to the house to make sure everything was set and to discuss some options based on what he saw. We did make several revisions to the original plan, but all for good reason. Marc was very patient with us when we requested changes and accommodated our wishes.

We hired Paquette Home Improvements to design, build and finish an all seasons porch for our older home. We were not exactly sure what we wanted, but we knew we didn't want to spend a lot of money on the project. The search for a contractor was a long and difficult process so you can imagine the relief when Mark, the owner, shows up at our house with coffees. This simple gesture was only the start of the excellent work that was to come. When you have a contractor in your home for any length of time, you typically expect, loud music, loud noises and a BIG mess. The first day on the job, they asked permission to listen to music. Their level of professionalism is incredible, there was no sign of them at the end of every work day as they left the work space impeccably clean. There was never any foul language or signs of frustration whatsoever. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of any home improvement project, as their skills seem endless. We are looking forward to working with them in the future.
