Elliott has done multiple surveying jobs for me over the years and I am always happy with the completed work. Elliott is one of the nicest and professional men in the business and he is truly a joy to work with. Can't recommend AS Elliott and Assoc enough.

If you are looking for a quick, professional, and informed survey, do not hire A.S. Elliott and Associates. Having my survey done on my house this summer was a nightmare. I signed the agreement May 18th with an estimated time frame of 3-4 weeks weather permitting. Two months later, and no phone call from Elliott I called into the office. Not only was there no answer but both of his numbers were out of service. I thought I was screwed and that I had signed an agreement that would basically never come to pass. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company.I had to threaten legal action in order to get ANY work done. It just seems like they don't care.
