I needed to have the back porch of my house rebuilt, and had him come over for an estimate. He came in at the best price easily, and I knew that he did good work. He demo'd and rebuilt the porch in a timely fashion, and took care of all the permits needed without hassle. I asked him to build a basic solid porch, and he did exactly that (the downstairs until is a rental). I was happy with his work, and had him come back a few months later to rewire some electric work and install a bathroom fan (vented through the attic) which was again done well and well-priced. If I have any more contractor work to do, I will definitely call him.
