I am just seeing this review. Unfortunately some of the things that were mentioned are not part of a typical cleaning. Our ladies do not move appliances nor do they have the ability to clean on top of kitchen cabinets as they do not carry anything more that a two step ladder and would not be allowed to climb on top of counters. We did respond to Ms. [Member Name Removed]'s issues in a the same day that she informed us and did offer to go back out and take care of the few items that were missed in which she declined. The last thing that I would like to mention in the actual cleaning date was 11/10/14.Other local Pros in your area
