Coffee, Our service department is open from 6am - midnight Monday -Thursday. Additionally, Toast, and Juice at LugNutz Cafe., our lot is stocked with a selection of 120 different cars/trucks that we can lend to you while your vehicle is being serviced. On Tuesdays from 7am - 11am and Saturdays from 8am - 12noon we offer a complimentary breakfast prepared by a Chef from the Log Cabin while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. Make your own Omelet which is served with Home Fries

000 mile ?The Works? I gave Jim my cell
phone number, asked him to txt or call me when my car was ready. By 3PM I had not heard from Marcotte so I
called and was told my car was in fact ready. I came to pick it up about 4:15
and while the cashier was completing the transaction for payment I looked at
the Vehicle report and noticed several red areas ? one for wipers and 2 for
Brake linings. I asked for an
explanation. Michelle indicated that these
red areas needed to be fixed/repaired.
Despite my car being at the service department for 5+ hours NO ONE
called to let me know this work needed to be done and if I had not looked the
vehicle report over before I left the facility I would not have known.
What was the point of having a 45,000 mile check done,
having service find areas that needed attention and NOT HAVING ONE PERSON CALL
ME to tell me and ask what I would like to have done??
Michelle pleasantly offered several options ? leave it
overnight and have the work done Wednesday or leave it and have it done Tuesday
evening. I chose to leave it. I sat down with John to review how to handle
the repairs. He assured me he would call
when the work was finished. Once again that did not happen. I called at 7:30 and asked if the car was
ready. Rob told me it was not and it
would be done Wednesday AM. I let him
know I was not happy with that response; I had been told it would be done this
evening ? he put me on hold to check on it.
Came back on line and told me yes it was ready, the slip was just left
on John?s desk and no one had the courtesy
to call.
This is not the first time in recent years my husband and I
have had issues with the service department.
It seems to just be going down hill.
We have been very loyal Marcotte customers for more years than I can
remember ? not only buying cars from you but having our service done there
also. I?m sure I could
take it to a private facility such as Veryl?s in South Hadley and get quicker,
more satisfactory results.
Very disappointing!
