HOLYOKE MILLWORK TILE & CARPET

It was a great experience. We checked out a couple of other places, but found none of them beat Holyoke Millwork's price, service, professionalism and knowledge. We never felt rushed, and we stopped in many times trying to make the right decision. At one point, we wanted a type of flooring that would not hold up well on our type of sub-floor, and while we really wanted it, our salesman explained that in the long run we would probably run into problems. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help us find an alternative that would work well on our sub-floor and we were as happy with as our original choice. He even called us to say that he found an alternative to the transition strips that came with our kitchen floor that he thought would go better with our decor he was right. The installers were timely, professional and neat! They cleaned up everything and were very polite. Finally, the quote was the price. Not a dime more. No surprises, no additional fees. This was the first time I had purchased flooring and I could not be happier with the service and price at Holyoke Millwork.

Holyoke Millwork's owner and employees were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as we selected our carpeting. They clearly explained the various options available to us. They were friendly yet professional. Their price was very competitive "big box" stores yet their knowledge and experience was superior. They did a fantastic job of installation in a timely manner, and even suggested an innovative use for a leftover scrap of carpeting. They used the scrap to cover a basement post at no extra charge and it looks so much better than it would have looked had it just been painted. The installers were polite, tidy, friendly, hard working, efficient, and competent.
