I went in to trade in my old phone using a promotion they were running.  The guy was very knowledgeable of all the carriers possible services I was asking about.  They were unable to take my trade in as it apparently had been exposed to water, but he figured a plan solution where I ended up paying the same price that I had been paying for my 4 and got a new 5s  including insurance.  Very happy.  And I get to keep the old phone and sell it on Ebay or keep it and use it as an ipod touch...

It is a touch smart computer. Everything is in the monitor so I have foot room under my desk now. I love it. I knew what I wanted so I went in and got it. I only had to deal with the cashier and she did her job and I walked out the door.

We bought the speakers and receiver from someone else. The deal was that they were going to charge us $100.00 to set everything up. That was the big selling point. We just happened to talk to a guy who was very experienced on it. We had been there several times and we had looked for a little while. A lot of times we didn't find anybody that really could answer our questions especially about how to hook up. That particular night there was someone there that really sounded like he knew what was going on and he answered all our questions. We felt pretty good about buying it from him. We were very impressed with the geek squad that came out. They were very knowledgeable about the high end speakers that we had as well as the receiver. One of them even went to the place where we got it. He really knew his stuff. He impressed us very much. They set it up for us even though we didn't buy all the equipment from them. That was part of the package because it's a big screen TV and everything had to be hooked up into it. It cost $100.00 for them to do that, but it was well worth it. They knew what they were doing. It's a really high end receiver and it has all types of connections that you need them to do it. When we bought it, they said it takes five times to read through the manual and then go to them and ask them any questions, so it is pretty complicated. We would go back to Best Buy in the future.
