He didn't show up. He didn't call. I had to be available to let him in the place so that they could do it, but he didn't do it. He promised that he'd do it but didn't.

I called Dave and about 3 hours later he pulling up in front our house. Very prompt! Due to me being handicapped, I needed a new handle for the garage door and a new doorknob for the bathroom door. Dave went outside and observed that the garage door handle broke off because the garage door track was too tight. The resistance caused the door handle to break. Dave spent time adjusting the tracks to both garage doors because the other garage door was also broken. Dave drove to Home Depot to learn that those type of handle were out of stock so he had get some metal handles which were sturdier. (the old handle were plastic and cheap. )Dave had to drill new holes to put on the new handles on both doors. Both garage doors are now working perfectly.
The bathroom door is very old and Dave had to use a saw to cut the old door knob off. The new door knob was installed and works great! Dave worked hard for about 4 hours on a hot afternoon. Dave was friendly and courteous.

He was great. David was very responsive, very friendly, and did a hard job for very little money. In fact, I wanted to pay him more for his services.

Dave was one of several handymen that I called to get quotes on installing a railing on some deck stairs that I have. I had to leave messages for all the others, but Dave picked up right away and was able to come out that day and give me an estimate. He was able to do the job almost immediately and his price was very reasonable. He even did the job while I was at work and his work is excellent. The work site was clean when I came home. In addition, He gave me a very reasonable quote on another more complex job. He was also very helpful in providing me with information regarding the necessary upkeep of things and meeting Code requirements. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone.

To begin with, he answers his phone, always a plus. Then he comes when he says he's coming, and when he arrives he's a guy who really knows what he's doing, works efficiently and neatly. I'm very pleased to have found him.

He is very reasonably priced.

He took a woman with him to pick out the sink, assuming that a woman would have more of an idea of what I would like. He did a great job picking out the items and installing them. The toilet had different brackets than what was in the tile wall already. He did his best to make sure that the holes didn't look funny and that it was done well. We are always pleased with our experiences with him and will continue to use him. He is very reasonably priced.
