We called, he came out to the house. Was 10 minutes early, when I came home from work, right on time to meet him, wasps were gone, and never came back. The world is a safer place due to the elimination of our wasps.

They were relative conservative compared to some that we either used or heard about. They diagnosed the problem correctly, and did not over apply pesticide. I would use this provider again.
