WILLOWBROOK LANDSCAPE CO.

The entire experience was fabulous, from Willowbrook's fast initial response to my inquiry until everything was completed.  First of all, Chris was a true professional.  Not only did he do a great job on the landscaping, but also made me feel as though I was the most important customer Willowbrook Landscape Company ever had.  He put my happiness and satisfaction first, being respectful and helpful at all times.   He met me at the house to review the landscape plan with me, made some great suggestions and worked with me to come up with a final plan that I absolutely loved.  

Chris knew that I wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible, but at the time I booked my job with Willowbrook, Chris' schedule was full through the month of July.  Knowing that my job would only take a day or two, he promised to try to squeeze me in sooner if it was possible without jeopardizing another client's time.  I have heard that before, and didn't hold much hope for it to actually happen.  Surprisingly, I received an email a couple of days later that the weather had forced some adjustments to his schedule and that he'd be at the house later that week.  He and his crew showed up on time & got right to work.  I loved the fact that before they actually put any plants in the ground, they laid them all out & Chris showed me everything so we could tweak the final layout to my satisfaction.

At one point during the install, we realized that Chris' supplier provided him with the wrong variety of one of the plants (that there were 30 of), and 11 of them were already planted.  My initial reaction was disappointment & Chris immediately offered to change them out for me.  I decided to research the new variety, realized that they were extremely similar and told Chris not to bother changing them out, that I was more than happy to keep what his supplier had sent.  Needless to say, Chris was still concerned about my ultimate happiness with the project.  He and his crew showed up the next morning with all 30 of the original variety of the plant & they proceeded to replace every one of the perennials, even those that had already been planted.  When I told Chris that it was totally unnecessary, he replied that he wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied.

Chris really showed how much he cares about his clients in other ways as well.  Aside from doing an incredible job with the landscaping, he heard me say that one of my ornamental grass plants was growing out of control and I wanted to get rid of it, but that it was really difficult to dig them up.  The next thing I know is that he's instructing his crew to remove it for me once the remaining planting was completed.  

In my honest opinion, Willowbrook Landscape Company far exceeded my expectations.  You should definitely give them a call for all of your landscaping needs; you won't be sorry.  They are honest, trustworthy & do an amazing job!
