Kevin Norton & Co. Landscaping

5 years ago, we hired Kevin Norton to replace our walkway. Things were going well....until he started on another job before completing this one. He left his mason alone to finish, but when Kevin popped over to check, it was done all wrong and they had to almost start over. The stone didn't line up correctly (see photos), but he was in a rush to get his mason to the other job and refused to listen to me or his assistant discuss alternative measures. The finished work is an $30,000 embarrassment. Now, 5 years later the cement is drying up and gone, there are substantial cracks everywhere and, worst of all, stones are heaving. I've emailed, but the only reply I've gotten is that he's too busy and can't come over. Really? Do not hire this guy - he simply cares only for the money.
