 + -1 moreI figured out what was wrong with my TV before I actually left to bring it in to him. But when others I'd contacted wouldn't even look at it because the manufacturer has gone out of business, he didn't hesitate to say no problem, bring it in. He also actually followed up with me a week after we spoke to see what time I was coming in so he wouldn't miss me!
Description of Work: Telephone calls regarding TV that suddenly wouldn't work.

 + -1 moreAlthough the workshop is a small and almost anonymous spot in Holliston, the service is terrific! I dropped off my TV and received a quick call informing me of the cost to repair. After giving my go ahead, we were expecting a snow storm and I received clear communication about when the unit could be collected. This man knows that we love and are addicted to our TVs. Give this small unassuming and competent shop a try. He had several large TVs in house and was working away. A Treasure.
Description of Work: My TV would not turn on. Discovered during a FIOS installation. Yikes. Took TV to Holliston TV, explained the problem and was told I would get an estimate. Within a few hours I got a call, we discussed what needed to be done and I gave the go ahead to complete the work. Bottom line: cheaper to repair than replace! I recieved phone call when the work was completed - again this was quick - 24-48 hours.
