Chris was extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional, and helpful. Took drawings and measurements, showed options, offered suggestions. Prompt with estimate and options. Then sent excellent and detailed CAD drawings (better than others I've seen) and we iterated options a few times. Took exact model numbers on appliances and incorporated them accordingly into plans. Then came back with computer guy to show rendered drawings. Easy at that point to explore further options. No problem doing really custom work, such as a pass-through and quot;guillotineand quot; door. Took more measurements as construction proceeded. Sent a sample door for approval. Came back a second time with final plans and sent final CAD drawings. Set delivery timeline and showed up right on time. Delivery and installation proceeded in several phases coordinated with the rest of construction. Installation guy, Kevin, equally professional and competent. When there was a small surprise (an ambiguity we hadn't caught in the plans), there was no difficulty in resolving it to our complete satisfaction. Overall a great crew to work with, which must be why they are always busy!
