It went fantastic. Dale's partner Jim came to out house. He used a valve/zone finder and uncovered three more valve boxes that had grown over with grass/roots. He fixed the broken valve, replaced the broken heads, programmed the controller box and leveld a few that were angled incorrectly. He was very professional and explained everything well. I will definitely have them again

I was looking for a new company which can maintain our sprinkler system. Found Grossmann Irrigation on Angie's list. Within a week from my first call to the company, Mr.Grossmann stopped by at the time which was convenient for us, explained what services he can provide and pricing. This was in the middle of the summer. We called him to perform winterization of the system and we did it quite late, but  again we got the first appointment that  was convenient for us and as soon as we could keep it. Mr. Grossmann arrived on time, performed winterization,  did a couple of things which never had been done before by the previous company- removed the battery from the system, so it won't get discharged over winter, tied the water switch so it won't be turned on accidentally. Really did it as if it was own system. We are very satisfied with his service.

Dale has maintained and expanded sprinkler systems at two homes for us. Very good guy who really knows his profession with reasonable prices and responsive service and you can trust he won't try to rip you off like some I've dealt with. Most recently We had a leak in our valve box. Dale came out, dug it up, and fixed only what was necessary.

Dale arrived and we discussed what I was looking for. He ran the system for about 20 minutes, going through all eight zones and making note of where a different head would be more useful or where the time we had the zone on for was probably too long for certain areas. We look forward to having Dale out in the spring to help us make some much needed changes.

Mr. Grossman was one of 3 estimates I obtained, and he was by far the cheapest. Additionally, he had installed this sprinkler system a decade ago and has been servicing it for previous owners since then. He returned calls promptly, came when expected, and worked efficiently. He was very pleasant, even when my dog snapped at him on their first meeting. He showed me how to operate the system (which had been off for the winter when we bought the house), and tested it thoroughly, replacing one broken sprinkler head. His charge was exactly what he estimated. We will definitely use him in the future.
