EXCELLENT Personable and professional great results

It was terrific -- the carpets look great and the company was very easy to deal with. I would certainly hire them again.

The crew arrived on time with all equipment necessary for the job. We reviewed the pieces to be cleaned and discussed anything items requiring special handling. The job was done well and they with the house in good shape even though it was raining outside. We have used this company for at least 15 years and have always been satisfied with the quality of their work and their prompt service.

Job always comes out excellent. I recommend them to all my customers as well as friends and family.

They cleaned a thoroughly dirty wall to wall carpet green, three rooms of off-white wall to wall, 6 area rugs between 4x6ft and 9x10 ft, one couch, two easy chairs, and an ottoman.  Lovely lovely work.

Shawn, the excellent service person, arrived on the dot of 1pm, the agreed-upon appointment time. Marc Babineau, the company owner, had given an approximate estimate by phone and explained that the space would be measured at the start of the appointment and a definite price quoted. The final price was well within what I had expected.
Shawn meticulously shampooed (hot water extraction method) every inch of carpet, first applying spot cleaner to heavily used areas. He carefully moved and then replaced furniture as necessary and fluffed the carpet when finished and gave clear follow-up instructions. Miraculously, he was able to return our well-used and embarrassingly stained recliner to almost the condition it was five years ago when new.
I freely admit that getting our carpet to look so good was not an easy job and I appreciate the effort expended. I was extremely pleased with the process from start to finish and will certainly call Marc when it's time to clean the carpet again.

I have been using them for about ten years. They are reliable and they do a good job. They come when they are supposed to. They leave everything clean. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Great as always. Have used this company for years. Workmen are always on time, polite. Always careful with equipment and avoid banging it into walls or furniture. They vaccuum rugs thoroughly even before they begin the serious cleaning. This time they cleaned up a nasty water stained area with no problem. They have solved carpet stain problems for me in my prior house as well. They do need to prop open a door to snake hose thru during cleaning process but even then, they take the time to hang temporary barrier to help keep your AC (or heat) in the house. They also slip protective cards under furniture feet so you don't have to worry while carpet dries. I recommend them to others.

They called to remind me of my appointment. Im glad they called because I had forgotten which day my appointment was. They arrived when they were suppose to. The technician was very nice and explained everything before he started working. He did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them.

Fabric Care Cleaners arrived on time, cleaned the upholstery well, and left specific instructions for drying time. We continue to be pleased with Fabric Care.

OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE. THE SECOND WAS LESS GOOD. THEY CAME TO CLEAN THE CARPET, BUT LEFT STAINS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN EASY TO GET OUT. I DON'T REMEMBER THEM EVEN BRINGING IN A HOSE INTO THE HOUSE FOR THE DEEP CLEANING. WHEN I COMPLAINED, THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM A FEW DAYS LATER. I WILL TRY THEM AGAIN. I JUST HOPE THAT THEY GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AS THEY DID ON THE FIRST JOB.

THIS COMPANY IS TERRIFIC. WE CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE ON SATURDAY AND THE OWNER CALLED BACK ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON. HE SAID HE COULD COME ON MONDAY MORNING (THE NEXT DAY) AT 9 A.M (HE USUALLY WORKS IN THE OFFICE, BUT HE CAME HIMSELF TO DO THE WORK). HE SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME AND GOT DOWN TO BUSINESS. HE WAS FAST, THOROUGH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN FOR OUR FUTURE UPHOLSTERY AND RUG CLEANING.
