I had given a rough estimate of the dimensions to the woman on the phone with Colonial Chem Dry and she said it would be included but I didn't gave her actual footage and I should have. So, when the guy came to do the job he said that wasn't included in the price and I ended up paying extra. They're very exact as far as when the guy came here as to how many square foot and he wouldn't go beyond the foot beyond the certain price where the woman on the phone led me to believe that everything is fine. It made the deal much more over price but the service they provided was great..
