Flooring
ORDERED PRE-FINISHED FLOORS TO AVOID THE MESS ASSOCIATED WITH UNFINISHED FLOORS. WRONG FINISH DELIVERED; CHUCK SAID WAS MFG FAULT AND MFG WOULD NOT ACCEPT STAIR TREADS. HE HAD TO FINISH THOSE IN PLACE --- 3 TIMES. COULD NOT GET STAIN CORRECT. JOB TOOK FOREVER AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR HIM TO FIX 2 SQUEAKY STAIRS AND A CARPET SEAM. ORDERED WRONG CARPET FOR BEDROOMS. JOB TOOK 3 MONTHS. WORKERS WOULD COME IN MORNING AND OFTEN DISAPPEAR AT LUNCH. HIS HEAD INSTALLER WAS GOOD AND VERY CONSCIENTIOUS. THERE WERE SEVERAL DIFFERENT SETS OF WORKERS AND THEY WERE MESSY. MY HOUSE WAS A DISASTER FOR 3 MONTHS INSTEAD OF 3 WEEKS. CHUCK IS VERY BAD AT CUSTOMER SERVICE; CAN'T GET HIM TO RETURN A PHONE CALL OR FIX THE SQUEAK AND SEAM AS HE PROMISED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE HIM FOR ANYTHING AGAIN. ACCORDING TO HIS OFFICE, ''HE'S VERY BUSY WITH HIS NEW STORE''.
