We had a number of keys made to make sure everyone in our family had keys to both front and back doors. But mostly because we were having trouble with the keys for 1 lock on 1 of our doors but in a way that we thought the lock was really the problem. The keys were made - no issues with one door - but the lock that was causing the problems - still did. We went back - and he tried to fix the keys. They still didn't work so he asked us to bring the lock. He took apart the lock - cleaned it, changed pins, put it back together. Our keys now work - no extra charge. Would definitely go here for any lock related items in the future.
