First of all, the owner (Dave Berccelli) called me back on a missed call. I had tried tree services one morning and, unsurprisingly, all calls went to answering machines except one which turned out not to be interested in what was a too small job for them. I didn't leave any messages, but a couple days later Dave called to say he saw a missed call from me and could he help me. He had been on vacation when I called, but followed up on MISSED calls. I was impressed. He came be a couple days later at a convenient time, surveyed the job, and gave me a written quote. He also had his insurance company fax me his coverage info so I knew he was insured. We agreed to scope and price. When he arrived on the day agreed upon, he and his crew went to work and had everything done the same day. I was very happy with the job they did and would use them again. I would also recommend them to others and already have done so (I believe my neighbor is going to use them for a tree overhanging his house).

We have been having some wild storms this past year and I have two trees that I wanted to save. I called D.B. and checked out the trees and gave us a estimate. He salvaged my two trees and trimmed up some others and a big maple in the back yard. He is just wonderful and goes above and beyond. I had an area where my husband cleaned out where we going to put some gravel. He offered to go get it and deliver the gravel. He is a very nice man and good businessman.
