We've used Obrien's for years, he always does a fantastic job.  He's punctual, polite and lightening fast, no dawdling here!  We have him clean our carpets every 6 months and our carpets maintain great condition.

Although he got the run around by the town building dept. he remained very professional with them. The town also made him do a height engineering study just to make sure our house wouldn't tower over the other house around us.

Long story short, the town of Acton although very demanding, was very pleased with what Ken's engineeer and crew did to our house.

We even made several changes to the origonal plans and ken was very accommondating. understanding our needs and and desire of what we wanted as a finished product.

we also were able to get many idea's from ken throughout the project.

ken did a fabulious job at managing all aspects of his crew and subcontractors that worked on our house.

My brother and his wife has use ken for some projects at thier house and are exstremely please with the price and work that was performed by his crew.

How did it go, Well at first it was a pain because the town was putting so many requirements for ken to overcome that we weren't sure if the job would ever get started. But after getting a structural engineer to draw up plans. Then getting another engineering firm to due a height study and finally getting the ok from the conservation committee the job went at blazing speed but with quality in the work done. This is a good note to pass on to all members to expect anything from your town building department.

He didn't try to up sell a bigger than was needed. He gave me a phenomenal. I couldn't be happier with the work. I called in him in the evening and he came early in the morning the next day. I would highly recommend him.
