We had a leaking tub faucet, which was worsening--our cat loved it, but the water bill was becoming higher. We also had peeling paint in the kitchen below the bathroom, which we were attributing to lack of stove ventilation. On the recommendation of several people at work, we called Andrew and asked him to fix the faucet and give us his opinion on the ceiling problem. He was very nice and thorough and told us that the ceiling problem was definitely water damage from old and missing caulking around the tub. He gave us a complete DIY lesson on how to repair it. While he was at the house, he checked out an outdoor water shutoff that had been leaking, and tightened it up (we thought it would need replacement). He also checked the basement pipes and pointed out another area that might need work in the future so we could keep our eyes on it. His bill was an extremely reasonable $75.00, and I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to other people.
