Follett was great in that they came on Christmas Eve Day to do the job. Chris Follett showed up, found both problems quickly and seemingly repaired both leaks using some 30 year caulk. Whole thing took about an hour. I went about repairing my walls and things seemed fine. Then, the leak returned about two weeks later. I called Chris to have him come look and fix/finish the original job. I did not hear back. I tried again a few days later. After no response, I tried his father Don, who never called me back. Now the downstairs leak has also returned. It is now nearly 6 weeks later and after several unreturned phone calls I have to find another roofer/contractor to come do the work that should have been completed the first time. I even wanted to offer them additional business when I first called about the return of the leak.
