Work was done on the agreed schedule and at the agreed price. Work was scheduled during school vacation week when there were a minimum number of people in the building whose activities might be interrupted by the temporary loss of power while the service entrance was replaced. Work areas were cleaned up in a workmanlike manner when work was complete. Outage time was reasonable. Unexpected problems were solved and a scope change was made at a reasonable cost. Contractor demonstrated an attitude of safety consciousness by reporting a utility pole that was in poor condition and needed replacement. Utility replaced the pole shortly thereafter,
