certainly not Holbrook. I was frankly surprised by how expert the people were.
The ?consultant? came and did measurements, and was most exacting and detailed in
what they would do for me and how they would do it. My garage was a difficult
size and we went back and forth by email about the specifications, all of which
I consider a ?good? thing. Good communicators and very careful estimators;
seemed to love the job. Went out of his way to dig up a perfect door from his
suppliers.
The execution (installation) was just as impressive. Again,
the installer knew exactly what he was doing and reviewed it all with me
beforehand, then set to work removing old door and rails and installing new
door, rails and motor, in a close-fit environment. He also seemed to love his job and was proud
of the outcome, which took some doing.
Sears people did a job for me that other providers were less willing to
do because of the odd door size. I am
very very pleased and strongly recommend them.
