He did a fairly good job but the price was a little high. For the past three weeks he has refused to answer his phone. We had a verbal contract whereby he would begin work on a HVAC unit for my apartment and once again, he refuses to answer his phone. I spoke to him twice-first he was on vacation, second he was catching up on his previous work, and that was three weeks ago. So I think he's unreliable, not someone you'd want to call in case of an emergency. The cost is for labor.
