Did a great job. He took a while to respond to our email inquiry (he apologized that he doesn't always check his email; no problem, we probably should have called). He scheduled us for the next week, and was nice about it when we had to reschedule on short notice. On the day, the crew arrived right on time, swept through the house in a great flurry of activity, and left our windows looking beautiful. It actually took them less than the 2 hours estimated.
