Holbrook Granite and Marble

The granite came in different tone of color, two of the pieces were not the same thickness as the rest but insisted they are same. Seller would not ask your permission to perform any kind of modification to you cabinets. They just went ahead to do what they want to do to make the granite fits. The granite came in without any polish job done on it and feel rough on the surface. One of the piece did not cut from edge to edge and used a backflash to cover the gap. judge it yourself . I guess cheap price will costs.

I ordered a marble countertop from them, The price was very good. I went to slab store and picked the stone I want. I also specified the cutting edge request with Holbrook granite store. However, finally when the stone came in, I found the stone was in a quite dark and busy color which definitely not from the stone I picked before, meanwhile, the countertop edge was cut in wrong shape (not what I specified).
I could not accept it. Juan (the owner), he canceld the job and refund me the deposit, which is nice.
I had to go other store to shop the stone, which caused my project delayed.
In the all, I think this store price is very attractive, however, pay attention to the quality and service, make sure things go on as you requested.

I highly recommend this place. The entire process, from choosing the stone to the completion of the installation took about 10 days, which was amazing. The quality is excellent - and the price can't be beat. I've gotten quotes for almost double the cost for the same job. I couldn't be happier.

Excellent experience and the price is right.  I had granite countertops put into our new house.  Juan was very helpful - the whole process took about 10 days from the time I picked out the granite slab.  The price is also about 25% cheaper than competitors.  Juan's crew did  a great job and our new kitchen looks fabulous! I also had him come back at a later date to drill some holes for my faucets and he responded very quickly. Highly recommended.
