I called on a Saturday and he was here by Monday. Mark arrived on time and very rapidly diagnosed the problem (bad solenoid coils) replaced them and confirmed that the problem was solved. The entire visit was only 20 - 30 minutes so on an hourly rate, I suppose he was expensive. However, since he does not charge up front for diagnoses, which often runs $70 just to show up, the overall value seemed good. If he had diagnosed a more expensive repair and I had declined, there would have been no charge.
