Computer Repair
I requested virus removal. My computer was taken for several days. Virus was removed, however my computer was left inoperable. I paid $165 for hours I cannot validate and was then told that I needed reformatting to get back on track. They wanted more money just to get me back on line. I declined any more service from them. They have not responded to my emails since cashing my check.
