I could not be more pleased with this company. My carpets look like new, and are clean in areas that the last cleaner said could not be cleaned.
The technician was here for a long time and worked very hard to get the carpets perfectly clean. And I also loved that they were completely dry in less than 3 hours ! I really can't think of enough good things to say. I own a 3 family house and Windsor Chemo Dry is the only company I will be using in the future. I have already referred a friend who was looking for a carpet cleaning company, and I intend to tell everyone to use them.
I could not have been more pleased with the results of my carpets being cleaned. We own and live in a 3 family home in Quincy and regularly hire carpet cleaners as tenants move out. I have used several other companies in the past and was never really pleased with the results. They gave a million excuses why they could not get the carpets completely cleaned.
This time I called Dan at Windsor Chem Dry and he was very helpful setting up an appointment on a day that was convenient for me. I needed the carpets in 4 rooms of an empty apartment cleaned as well as some high-traffic areas in my apartment cleaned.They use a technique very different from the usual steam cleaners that leave your carpets wet. They can properly explain what they do, but in simple terms, the machine they use scrubs the dirt, releasing it from your carpet and then they attach drying pads to the same machine to remove moisture and dirt at the same time.
The technician showed up right on time at 9 am and set to work pre-treating the high areas in my apartment that the last company said would NEVER come out. They claimed that the carpet was worn out, not dirty and that was why they could not clean it . Then the tech cleaned and dried these areas of the rugs.These high traffic areas in my apartment are now spotless and the carpet looks as good as the day it was installed.
He then went upstairs and repeated the same process in the entire apartment. The outcome was just as good as in my apartment and I was more than pleased.
The tech spent close to 4 hours here making sure the carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I was especially pleased that they were dry about 3 hours later. The steam cleaned carpets took 2 days to completely dry.
Windsor Chen Dry is now the only carpet cleaning company I will ever use. I cannot express how really pleased I am with the results.
