It went perfectly. Pete was finished with his clients for the day, but stopped by on his way home, fitting me in a day early. Great guy. He and his son work together; this is a family owned and run business, and even through Pete is a Master Plumber using the latest techniques, when you contact his office and his wife answers, and because of the warmth, understanding, and caring, one feels as one has walked into the TV set of Ozzie & Harriet. And they clean everything up before they leave! The previous job they did for me was to install 3 new toilets plus a new dish washer. They took everything away and you would never know they were here. I think my job made Pete late for a family party. Great value for the money.

All work was done expeditiously. We were especially grateful for his flexibility around our time limitations, especially when restoring our kitchen plumbing between the counter installation and a holiday weekend.
