Called to schedule appointment and service provider explained the price structure clearly, and called back promptly to confirm the start date and time. The team arrived early, their onsite estimate matched the over-the-phone estimate, and they gave an accurate time frame for completion of the job. Both team members were polite, careful with our home, patient with our dogs, and courteous. The window are sparkling and the gutters run freely again. Will definitely hire them again in the future.

His workers were efficient, professional and quick (too quick) I did discuss with Nick Long that I was not completely satisfied with the job and would rate the world a c+. He was responsive and going to have a chat with the workers.

I have been receiving Long's advertisements quite a bit over the last few years and have had a few friends and neighbors use them with favorable feedback so I decided to give them a shot. From the initial phone call with Sheila (their office person) I had a great feeling from the start. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very laid back on the phone. I was quoted over the phone according to my window count with the understanding that if the count changed up or down that it would be confirmed before the service. She gave me a little background on the company and I scheduled.The day of service the guys arrived within the arrival time window Sheila had given me. They were very polite, friendly and seemed to all get along quite well. Troy was the man I dealt with. He went over everything with me, where they were going to start etc. There were 3 guys total on the job - they each took their shoes off at the door, put a drop cloth down under their bucket of solution and were very careful with anything and everything they had to move in my house. The windows came out amazing. I never knew my windows could shine!! They vacuumed my sills as part of their service and wiped my screens down. It was an overall delightful experience. I have since referred them to some friends and family members. I will definitely use them again.
