Steve Egan grew up with a life-long passion for architecture and construction. He worked in carpentry while studying architecture at Northeastern. This combination of hands on skill-building with cutting-edge technology and education still guides him and this firm today. Working for a top Boston firm specializing in mixed-use and multi-family developments and a Cape Cod based design-build company where he led the design portion of the office he honed his skills on single family, multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial projects throughout New England. Now licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Steve has developed a reputation for being able to work with developers, builders, and property owners through all phases of design and construction on a variety of project types, budgets, and timelines. Steve and his team at Egan Architects strive to continue this history of combining passion, expertise, and real world experience to provide the best quality of service to their clients.
