Real Estate Service
Did not communicate well with sellers; did not retrieve in a timely fashion materials that were mistakenly mailed to the buyer at the seller's house. Did not notify sellers of buyer's need to move in an hour before the scheduled closing (permission was granted after the fact, i.e., after the buyer had obtained entrance and begun moving in and the sellers were made aware). Did not respond in a timely or helpful way to notification of this incident.
