Pam couldn't have been more responsive, flexible, and knowledgeable about the area and about the process. We would send her a list of homes we were interested in from Zillow, and she would send back a revised list with reasons not to look at some (flood plain, too small, not our style) and she was always spot on. We were in a bit of a time crunch, since our house had sold and we wanted to move during the early Summer to let our kids adjust before school started, and Pam perfectly balanced our priorities and the timeline. We ended up in the perfect home for us. We continue to call on her with referrals to contractors and for information about the area, and she responds quickly every time- way beyond the call of duty. We couldn't possibly give a higher rating- I wish we could.

She worked with all parties to ensure that settlement was on schedule, despite the complications. She continues to be a source of great advice on local resources.
