Never finished after it became apparent that ongoing work is unacceptable. Payment was made though but, to cut losses, we preferred to have them out of the house. Redid job with another contractor

They gave an amount, said that it would take 1 week to finish and even gave digital copies of finished work. 3 weeks later, master bathroom only had shower and floor intact but shower is still not hooked up, toilet was removed totally thou that aspect was not talked about. Thought there would be tile around the tub but only raw wood, trim was blocky and not mitered and sinks are not hooked up, not even a faucet to be seen. He is creative and has good ideas but it is only him doing the work. He contracted out electrician and a plumber then charged extra for them. They are good for basic, simple repairs...except sheetrock cause apparently he cant do that either...and expect a mess.

Ceiling went more-or-less ok, except for finishing the work. Walls - they do not know to put up straight walls. Walls are curved. Tiles in bathroom are crooked. They clogged the drain and damaged the shower piping. Trim is a joke. The woman is dishonest (just concerned with collecting money on a prompt basis) and the guy is mostly all thumbs. The guy dubs himself as "artistic". Hence he "invents" his way about trim. Mostly walking around and stapling plastic trim pieces. Doers not know about mitering, aparently. Also, a plasterer that they subcontracted came back to us claiming that he was not paid by them. Avoid these at all costs.
