⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed, No Accountability We’ve been waiting over three years for this company to make things right—and they still haven’t. The product was defective, and despite repeated attempts to contact them, we've been met with silence. No response. No resolution. No accountability. A company that refuses to stand by its product and completely ignores its customers is unacceptable. We gave them more than enough time and opportunity to correct the issue, but it’s clear they have no intention of doing the right thing. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Be cautious—once they have your money, you might be on your own! P.s. we just discovered we are blocked from calling their office. We have never been rude. We have just asked they do the right thing.

The new install of the pad for the shed went great, the city inspector was quite impressed with the finished product.
The old concrete driveway and front walk were over 60 years old, had to be removed and new concrete poured. The front walkway also came out great. Unfortunately, the driveway was not done properly and will have to be removed and done again.
My contract states that they will remove and replace concrete driveway. No specifics. The salesman had his tape measure out when he was preparing the estimate. I got 5 estimates, went with this company. They were neither the highest nor the lowest price. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. Contact my salesperson and was told they had to get all the pool contracts done first so those folks could enjoy their Memorial Day celebrations. So I felt like a second class customer. Eventually called the office and was told I was lined up for 2 weeks from then. So my job was done after Memorial Day.
Removal went well. Then my aunt died. Next day they put in the framework for the new concrete; I spent much of that day with my cousins. Next day the job sat. I spent that day involved with the wake for my aunt. Day after that, they poured the concrete. I spent that day involved with the funeral. A few days later, as I started using the driveway I noticed issues, so I checked before and after photos. The new driveway is about 8 inches NARROWER than what they removed. I have a small car and when I step out of my car, I am stepping on grass, uneven surface, not the concrete. This is a hazard for me, landing on an uneven surface. When I back in or pull in on the driveway, I often miss and have one set of wheels on the grass. An SUV would never fit on this finished product, one set of wheels would always be on the lawn. And anyone getting in or out of the SUV would certainly be setting down on an uneven surface making this a liability for the homeowner.
When I brought all this to the attention of my salesman, I was met with several things which I disliked; I will paraphrase what the salesman said )I am not claiming to quote him) and then provide my thoughts : 1. this is why we leave the framework in place and pour 2 days later, so you can check it. Um, I am not the expert, you people are, plus I had the unexpected complication of a death in the family. 2. you didn't pay for more concrete than what we gave you, my estimate was based on my measurements, see here (and he shows me on his phone). First, does he really believe I think that is the set up he took when he created the estimate? It may well be, but it also may be something he created after my contact showing the photos, so that means nothing to me. I PAID to have my driveway replaced, not to have a small one put in. Their estimate would never have made the final cut if I had known the end result would be a much narrower drive. 3. If I gave him more business - remove and replace my entire back patio - then he could have the driveway repaired at that time. You messed up big time and now you want me to give you MORE business?! 4. We could put in another strip of concrete down each side, or down one side. Wait, this is a shaped driveway, putting in bits and pieces is going to look terrible for a finished project. 5. We did a lot of nice extras for which we did not charge you. Well, one of those is a nice attachment to the pathway around to the back of the house -- an attachment which would not have been necessary if the driveway were the proper width, and which was not there in what you removed. 6. You could put in stones - use about 3 to 4 inch size - on either side as a pretty finishing touch. I actually thought this may work until I spoke with the guy who does my snow plowing. He explained that having the narrower driveway means he will likely be messing up the lawn when he plows me out in winter, and further, the stones would all be moved all over the place when he plows. I would have to re set them every Spring. Moving stones that small is a time consuming job. Then I started pricing the stones. They are very pricey, well beyond the credit (about $280) I was given to compensate me for this error.
In short, I feel the salesman resorted to unprofessional tactics in order to get me to agree to a small credit and 'go away.' This company are supposed to be the experts, not me, they should know putting small stones on either side was not a proper solution; not here in New England. The salesman also tried to get me to feel bad for him, saying that is his boss learned about his error on this project it may cost him his job. So I accepted the credit he offered and signed that I was satisfied with the job.
As time goes on I get more and more frustrated with this driveway. After 6 months, I received a survey card in the mail from the company, and completed it. Then I received a phone call from the salesman in which he said this was the first time he knew I was not happy with the job. Really? Come on, you really thought I was happy with this narrow driveway?
Don't bother getting an estimate from this company unless you are an expert in this field, so you can be sure your contract is very detailed. Otherwise you will find some serious shortfall as they try to gain funds from you any which way they can. Wish I had never dealt with them. The drive has to come out and be redone properly. To me, they did NOT fulfill their contract with me.

They were fantastic! I will definitely hire them again. Chris Bonardo was our contact guy and he was just perfect. He did a lot of handhold and he was right with us for every step as we had to pick like first if we want poured concrete, then what color of the concrete, we had pebbles added to it, and there were all different shades and style to that. He brought plenty of samples and he brought color catalogs. When I say he was fantastic, he really was. I think they were right with their other competitors on the price. We are very, very happy with the quality.

I was worried because they came to do it in the rain and I'm not impressed with that. That really bothered me. I was guaranteed that it would last for at least 3 years. It did last a year. So far so good. I wasn't really pleased with the extra cost that were done like the coping. My major concern was that it would last for 3 years and it has lasted for almost 2. The use of my well water for power washing scared me.

They are prompt. They got all done this week so I’m very impressed. Jean came out right away and gave me some estimates. He was honest in what had to be done and what was not to be done. His workers came one day from seven to seven and put the tiles. Yesterday they did the coping around and cleaned up. They did an excellent job. They are reasonably priced.
