Simard Gas and Oil Co has been extremely good to us. They come when they say they will and are always professional and polite. The customer service is good, too, and they are very responsive to phone calls and questions. We have a 2-year contract with them that covers most repairs. I can't remember what the cost is for the 2 years, but I do know that it is in line with other companies.
