Used Angi and early next morning John reached out to me. Came same day had to order part was still under warranty. He did all the legwork and part came next day. Replaced the part in 20 minutes and had hot water again. Very quick and easy process. Thank you

We were lucky to have met John during an emergency repair to a septic line that got cracked. He was actually the only one out of about 20 plumbers I called that understood the severity of the situation and agreed to come immediately. As it happened we were in the middle of a basement finishing project and decided to have the heat system and water heater replaced in addition to adding a zone of heat. We had already received four or five estimates from other plumbers that ranged widely and John's numbers were the best - which was fortunate because he instilled the most confidence in us by far! We couldn't recommend John more highly, honest and fair businessman, incredibly skilled plumber and a very nice guy to boot. Our new heat/hot water combo unit install is a work of art.
