A great experience. Sandra was very professional. She bent over backwards to accommodate our cleaning time frame. The house was spotless and smelled like natural clean not heavy cleaning product clean. You could see that no corners were cut. My carpets looked brand new. We felt the price was high, but you get what you pay for and the services were excellent. We will hire her again and highly recommend.

Very well done - house was very clean. Deep cleaning, followed by general cleaning every two weeks has proved to be very worthwhile. Service is very professional, arrive on time, trustworthy and do a thorough cleaning. Definitely recommend this service.

We are very happy with their work. We have been using them every 2 weeks through the fall and will continue using them indefinitely.

I've never needed any outside help with taking care of my home but after having our 1st child via csection, my husband wanted to do this for me (him :)) while I was out on maternity leave. He found Personal Touch Cleaning Services through his company's employee referral program. He called 3 different cleaning companies - 2 were big companies like Merry Maids or equivalent and no one ever called him back. Sandra at Personal Touch Cleaning was the only call back we received. Since then, Sandra has been cleaning our home for over a year and has done a top notch job. It was supposed to be a temporary arrangement but we loved having the free time on weekends and evenings to spend as a family versus cleaning.
Sandra is the owner and has one assistant that comes with her. She'll either use your cleaning products or uses her own. She has a great vacuum that really does a great job. At her first visit, she'll come to review your home and requirements and give a quote. For us it was $100 a visit for 1200 sq feet small home including cleaning 2 bathrooms, vacuum, dust, (make the beds - best made bed ever!), empty garbage, clean kitchen etc. She even cleans things I never got to like dusting cables on TV. She does prefer to do a 1st and quot;deep cleanand quot; which is well worth it at double the price, then switches to biweekly visits or whatever you prefer. She is always punctual and does a great job and consistently asks for feedback and if we are satisfied. We are comfortable enough after a year to leave her a key to let herself in. We also have an indoor only cat who she's never let out either.
We recently moved to a new home double the size and I called her for emergency cleaning help when we moved in. She came on her day off and did a fantastic job as usual and wasn't going to charge me very much after spending 6+ hours at the house. We've referred her to friends and local businesses who have also started using her so she's really built up a client base on her own. Support your local businesses! :)
PS: I rated a B on price as I think the fees are similar to what my friend's pay for their cleaners.
