First, he did now cover any part of the house prior or during the painting.
2. PK Painters scraped all four sides and seemed to do a good job but did not cover any area on the ground to catch paint crumbs!
We had to call him and he came and hand picked the paint up and we had to do the rest.
3. After scraping he started painting....he did not clean any of the mildew and dirt before painting...as indicated by my neighbor
Who was watching him.
4. P.K.P. Went around the house once ...what he did was paint one coat and waited 10 minutes and put on a second coat!!
Note: Aren't you suppose to wait 24 hours before adding a second coat???
5. He was suppose to be sure and do TWO COATS on the TOPS of EACH protrusion sticking out of the top of the roof , the
Ornamental details!!! HE said " I DID everything!!!! Not one has been touched!!!!
6. We asked that he do all the windows on the second floor, around all sides of the house. He said he would do the windows!
What he actually did was the outer trim and nothing else!!!
7. We paid him $3500.00 to do just the top of the house trim and second floor windows two coats, clean, scrape, caulk, protect
Existing siding and he only did what was stated above and we believed him when he said he did everything several times and
grabbed the check and left...we called him afterwards and left messages to call us, sent him a registered letter which was not
accepted by him and we are still waiting. We are two Seniors who were taken by this outfit!!! Sad, when people lie right to your
face. I would beware of P K Painting of Haverhill, Mass

I like their price and friendliness.  Their quality is good too.  We will continue to use them.

Peter & his son came out immediately to give us an estimate and I came to Angies list to make sure they were reputable.  The previous two estimates were for a few thousand dollars more so we decided to give them the job.  They did such a great job prepping and scraping that I know our house will look great years from now.  The painting & color looks fabulous & Peter really took the time to make sure I was pleased with the color.  They were wonderful people & again I highly recommend their work.

They did an excellent job.  They were very neat.  They showed up on time when they said they were going to be there.  They are an excellent company and it's a family owned business.
