I had used Doug before for other jobs around my house, so he was familiar with my overall plan for renovating this place.  I asked him to explain how roof heat cables work, what it would cost to do the job and how it would affect my electric bill.  He was able to provide all the required information within a week.  Since I didn't need to be home, he said he would get there before things got too far along.  Within two weeks of our talking, the job was done.  He knocked it out in one day.  The cables did a great job in reducing the snow buildup on the roof edge and I had no ice dams at all.

LaBonte Electric was able to get my unit working within the timeframe he specified and I am now enjoying my new shower unit. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and professional electrician. I will be hiring them again for my other projects.

A mutual acquantance told me of a friend who he went to school with who has been working as an electrician with the same small company since getting out of trade school. I talked to him over the phone and explained that I was a new homeowner and wanted to start slowly upgrading the wiring in the house one level at a time. We arranged a time to meet and he came down and I gave him a tour of the place and what I wanted to do. He had several suggestions about lighting and placement and gave me an hourly rate. A few weeks later, I called to set up an appointment and we went from there. He arrived ready to work, and completed tasks within the span of a full day. He didn't take any time for lunch and just kept moving.
