Eric was great at explaining what needed to be done and why, and working around scheduling issues with Gas company and inspections, etc. I would recommend anyone looking for plumbing work to call Eric. I have additional plumbing work needed in the future and will be calling Eric to do that work. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed initially with Eric's phone demeanor -- very respectful and earnest. He made an appointment with me to evaluate whether or not I had a more or less serious problem with a potential leak. When he arrived, Eric was equally considerate and efficient in person, expressing a knowledgeable assessment of my situation, and providing practical and reassuring advice on how I could move forward by taking simple steps on my own. Eric was only at my condominium for 10-15 minutes, and elected not to charge me anything for his visit. Fortunately, my situation turned out to be on the minor side, but I would definitely start with Eric again if I needed more involved help in the future.

Hire him! (Honest, punctual, courteous professional A+) Please read this review. Our copper pipes kept freezing due to poor insulation and location in our house. I called Eric based on his high reviews here on Angie's list and he didn't disappoint! I called him at 2pm one day. He was already working a job but came out to my house at 9:30pm. He recommended switching my pipes from copper to pex, then routing it closer to the house. He also had me call the town to switch my shut off valve before working. I was eager for him to start but he knew the current valve was very old and could cause much worse damage. I'm very glad we did. He scheduled to be at our house at 8:00am and was here 30 minutes before hand. He made very minimal dry wall cuts and we paid exactly what he quoted. He was extremely nice, courteous of our space and cleaned up completely after himself. I strongly recommended Eric, he will give you a fair price and do what he can to stay within his quote. Although we hope never to have a need for a plumber again, if we do we'll be calling Eric.

Eric went above and beyond - stayed in constant contact with us to let us know where he was and to check in on our condition. The weather was extremely, bitterly cold and it was the week right after the holidays, so there was a lot to contend with.

Couldn't have gone much better. We already had the new faucet. Eric removed the old one and installed the new one. He completely explained what he was doing, why, and what our options were. We also had a water valve in the basement that was stuck in open position. Again, Eric explained all the options and it turned out that for now, we needed to do nothing. Eric was professional and courteous throughout. Price was fair and competitive. Highly recommend.

Erik was great, gave me a couple of options. After I decided, he got to work. He covered everything, explained what he was going to do and let me know where we stood as he did the project. Then when he was done, he cleaned up, showed me what he did, explained how it now works, then gave me my options for payment, paid and we were done. He was very considerate, knowledgeable and enjoyable to deal with.

Fantastic! I got a call back within an hour plus a follow-up text to be sure I knew they'd called (I missed the call). Eric Watson and I soon connected, and I texted him pictures of the toilet, valve, etc. He called with a rough price, which was right in line with my expectations. Then he completely blew me away and said he could come the very next day at 8 AM! Next AM Eric replaced the wax ring and tested the toilet thoroughly. He left the bathroom immaculate and ready to use. He even managed to be so quiet that no one else woke up! I am delighted with the service Eric provided!

Both of our experiences with Eric were excellent. He responded to my calls right away and quickly came to assess the problem. After the work was done, Eric took the time to be sure everything worked properly before leaving. He cleaned up after himself, and was polite and professional. I will certainly call him again if we have any future plumbing needs!

Eric is definitely our go to guy for all our plumbing needs. We had him look at our leaking older style bathtub handles and he recommended replacing the three handle setup with a single handle to get the bathtub up to code. In order to do this, Eric had to cut a hole in a closet wall to get at the pipes. He explained up front that he would not be able to patch up the hole, which was fine as I bought an access panel and installed it myself easy enough. When Eric was finished, I noticed the next morning that there was a slight leak around the new valve, which Eric said was a faulty new gasket and I agree with that assessment because he replaced the gasket with another new one and the leak stopped. I do want to say that Eric is very professional and made sure that we were satisfied with the work. When we left him a voicemail about the leak, he called us right back and said he would be over to take care of it after he finished another job he was currently on. It was around dinner time for most people on a Sunday and he could have put us off until some other day, but Eric showed up and stayed with the job until the leak was taken care of and it's that kind of work ethic that gets Eric our repeat business.

Eric not only replaced the outside faucet, he added a shut off valve in the basement independent of the main water line so if any work needs to be done to this faucet again (not in our lifetime - knock on wood) it won't require shutting off water to the kitchen.

Eric arrived on time and had me show him the problems. After crawling under the crawl space (which has a dirt floor), he said he would need to get some fittings to do the job and said he estimated 3 hours work and ~$150 in supplies. He also said that time would only be charged while he was at the house not while he was "shopping". When he returned from getting the supplies, he went directly to work (shut off the house main shut off first). It took him 3 hrs to do the work and the cost of supplies was $125. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. He was very courteous and knew what he was doing. I would definitely hire him again if needed.

Eric is an exceptionally courteous and professional plumber. He kept me up to date on the inspection to find the problem and the solution for the repair. HE left he decisions up to me with out pressure tactics. I hope we were as good a customer as he is a service provider!He cleaned up after the work was done and was fair in his bill. The service was performed in time and the quality of work was excellent. The Professionalism showed by Eric is worth mentioning here.Eric arrived on time and before the start of the work he explained in great details how he was planning to complete the work. We did hit a snag where in extra work had to performed. Eric explained me the problem , discussed the procedure and the cost involved. After the work was complete , the cleanup was done and the bill with all the details was provided.

Eric responded promptly to our call and made an appt. after requesting photos of the PRV. Upon inspection, he reassured me the problem was minor and recommended against any intervention unless the problem got worse. Eric was nice enough to not charge for the service call. Considering Eric mostly does installations and remodeling, we really appreciate his taking the time to consider a repair.
