Eric was able to come give us a quote the day after we reached out, and when we scheduled our service, he was on time. He was friendly, tidy, and most importantly, knowledgable. He fixed all our issues quickly and walked us through his work, going into details about what he was doing and why. He also showed us some things we could do on our own so that he didn’t charge us unnecessarily. We had a great experience with Eric and would definitely recommend him.

Eric replied to my call and my texts. He arranged a time to come by and look at what needed to be done before he committed to a day and time for the work. Eric showed up when he said he would the next day and got everything finished in good time. He was polite and did clean work and I will be hiring him soon for a couple of other projects I need done. Some plumbers don’t care about being responsive to a customer and they get upset when bad reviews are posted about their bad work and attitude. Eric is not one of those plumbers, he is very good professional.
