Eric was very responsive before, during, and after the project and thoroughly explained every step of the process as he went along. He did an excellent job installing a new tub and surround with hardware for us. The bath tub overflow had an issue but he came back immediately the next morning to resolve it. I recommend Eric for his friendly service and reasonable prices!

He took the time to FaceTime with me that day to see the problem. He was able to come out and fix the problem the next day. During that time, he explained everything to me (e.g., why he chose the materials he used, the process, the options, etc). Very professional, responsive, reliable, and honest. I've had two issues handled by Hot & Cold. Shower valve leaking and replaced and a new toilet installation. The owner of H&C, Eric, after providing an estimate, communicated throughout the replacement with what he was doing and what potentially could go wrong. There were some challenges but Eric was able to resolve and stayed within his quote. I definitely would use H&C Plumbing again.

Eric was great. Excellent communication and effort. I am immune compromised and couldnt meet face to face. Eric was willing to work with the requests I had asked for. Eric wore a mask and went to work in the basement while I was upstairs. We communicated via facetime and he discovered that it was my HVAC duct that was the issue. The duct had condensation and was leaking. He also showed me the plumbing that I THOUGHT was the issue. Eric was thoughtful and expressed this is not his specialty. I appreciated his honesty and effort and I will reach out to him again when I do have a plumbing issue. I paid Eric for his time even though he couldnt do anything. Again that not on him.

We are repeat customers of Hot &Cold Plumbing and Heating, and once again Eric did a great job replacing the old and leaking water line to our fridge. We can now use the ice maker and water filter with no issues. I would recommend this company and would call on them again for other plumbing needs.

He called me to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived at the appointed time. He evaluated the issue quickly and repaired it. I had an emergency where my pipes burst during the February deep freeze with hundreds of gallons of water pouring into my office and the basement of my office. Eric was extremely responsive in a timely manner and was very professional. He Located the problem immediately and corrected it. I can’t thank him enough for the fantastic job he did that day. He is very honest, hard-working, and an excellent high-level plumber. I would recommend him to anybody for any job.

He was good at communicating what needed to be done and the possibility of further work that might have to be done once the process was started. That is always possible when working on an older home. Fortunately nothing else needed to be done. The whole process was done very quickly and neatly.
